Creative & Environmental Producer

Partnered with Grow Marketing in 2023 and 2024 to produce Ferment, Ginkgo Bioworks' annual conference celebrating the synthetic biology ecosystem. Served as a client-facing Senior Producer, acting as a key liaison between Ginkgo and Grow's internal creative and production teams.

Owned end-to-end management of all creative production elements, including fabrication, environmental design, furniture and decor, graphics, and collateral — from vendor RFP and selection through load-in, install, and strike. Managed union labor compliance in coordination with the EP and General Service Contractor. Responsible for full hard cost budget development, tracking, negotiation, and reconciliation across all creative elements.
