Doreen was brought in by the founders of Statement Communications to diagnose and rebuild how the agency worked — from the inside out.
She began with a full operational audit, interviewing leadership and executional team members to surface friction points, mapping existing tools and workflows, and delivering a prioritized roadmap with concrete system and process recommendations. The engagement was designed as a discrete phase — but the results led to an expanded mandate.
In phase two, Doreen led implementation of the roadmap she'd designed, eventually stepping into an interim leadership role overseeing the agency's creative operations and delivery infrastructure. Her scope grew to include strategic consultation across Sales, Business Development, Revenue Forecasting, Deal Processes, and Client Experience — areas where operational clarity directly shaped business outcomes.
